1. | Clean & dry chicken thighs & cut into pieces. |
2. | Mix all seasoning, put into blender to liquidize & marinate chicken for 2 hours. | 3. | Melt butter in pan & fry chicken until golden brown. Cover & cook over low heat for 15 minutes. |
4. | Remove chicken & place on plate. Pour in marinade, Stir in chicken stock & simmer until sauce thickens. Pour over chicken and serve hot |
