Ingredients
 
8 pcs Chicken thighs2 oz Butter
250 ml Chicken stock 
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp salt1 Small pieces of ginger
4 pcs Garlic1/2 pcs Onion
1 tsp cornstarch1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground black pepper1 tsp cayenne pepper
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Clean & dry chicken thighs & cut into pieces.
2.Mix all seasoning, put into blender to liquidize & marinate chicken for 2 hours.
3.Melt butter in pan & fry chicken until golden brown. Cover & cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
4.Remove chicken & place on plate. Pour in marinade, Stir in chicken stock & simmer until sauce thickens. Pour over chicken and serve hot
