1. | Slices onions into strips, clean Pork Chop and use a meat hammer or back of knife to make it tender, mix with marinade and leave for 20 minutes. |
2. | Heat some oil, fry pork chop until turns golden brown, add in 2 tbsp of water and cook until cooked. Set Aside | 3. | Heat 1 tbsp of oil to saute onions, add in lemon juice and 1 cup of water, cook until it boils. |
4. | Add in Pork Chop and cook for about 5 minutes, add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve. |
