Pumpkin and Scallops with Macaroni |

200 grams of Scallops | 1/3 pack of Macaroni | 200 grams of Pumpkin | 1/3 cups of chopped onions | 1/3 cups of mushroom | 1/3 cups of diced carrots | 1 tsp minced garlic | 2 tbsp butter | 3 tbsp flour | 3 tbsp evaporated milk | 1 cup of water | |

Cooking Method

1. | Poach macaroni in boiling water with some salt and oil for 10 minutes, drain. Poach scallops. Stir-fry macaroni with some oil and salt. | 2. | Slice Pumpkin into small sizes, Steam for 10 minutes until soft, mashed into pumpkin mash. | 3. | Heat the butter, add in flour and slowly add in water to mix. Finally add in evaporated milk and mix to become white sauce. | 4. | Saute garlic and onions, add in scallops, mushrooms and carrots, stir well. Add in white sauce and mashed pumpkin, finally add some seasonings, pour on top of macaroni and serve. |
