Ingredients

2 pcs of meat crab | 4 slices of ginger | 4 cloves of garlic | 4 cloves of shallot | 4 tbsp cornstarch | 1 tbsp shaoxing wine |

Seasoning
|
|
1 tbsp of soy sauce | 2 tbsp chili sauce | 1 tbsp chiu chow chili oil | 1/2 cup red wine vinegar | 2 tsp sugar | 1 tsp cornstarch | some pepper | |

Cooking Method

1. | Clean and Rinse meat crab and cut into 4 parts, keep the cover | 2. | Pat some cornstarch on crab and deep fry until dry. drain | 3. | Saute ginger, garlic and shallots in some oil, add in crab and mix well. Sizzle with some wine and seasoning, cook until boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve |
