Ingredients
 
2 pcs of meat crab 4 slices of ginger
4 cloves of garlic 4 cloves of shallot
4 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
 

Seasoning
 
1 tbsp of soy sauce 2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp chiu chow chili oil 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp sugar 1 tsp cornstarch
some pepper 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Clean and Rinse meat crab and cut into 4 parts, keep the cover
2.Pat some cornstarch on crab and deep fry until dry. drain
3.Saute ginger, garlic and shallots in some oil, add in crab and mix well. Sizzle with some wine and seasoning, cook until boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve
