300g Kudzu | 1/2 pcs lotus root | 240g water chestnuts | 160g chinese mushroom | 300g Pork Shanks | 10g chinese almonds | 2pcs of red dates | 3 liter of water |

Cooking Method

1. | Boil pork shanks; peel kudzu, lotus root and water chestnuts and cut into pieces; remove stem of chinese mushroom and soak soft; wash the chinese almonds and red dates. | 2. | Boil water, add in all ingredients, boil in high heat for 10 minutes and boil with medium heat for 3 hours, add in salt to taste. |
