Ingredients
 
400g Spareribs240g Pumpkin
5 tbsp fried rice (ground) 
 

Seasoning
 
1/2 tsp Sichuan peppercorn (crushed)3 tbsp fried rice (ground)
 

Marinade
 
1 tsp sugar1 tsp seasame oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn (crushed)
1 tbsp sweet bean paste1 tbsp hot bean paste
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Chop spareribs into small pieces, rinse & wipe dry, mix with marinade & leave to marinate for 1 hour.
2.Peel & rinse pumpkin, cut into thick pieces, mix with seasonings, arrange into steamed baskets.
3.Mix marinated spareribs with 5 tbsp ground rice and arrange on top of the pumpkin.
4.Place the steaming baskets in a wok, cover & steam for 1/2 hours until meat is tender, serve.
