1. | Chop spareribs into small pieces, rinse & wipe dry, mix with marinade & leave to marinate for 1 hour. |
2. | Peel & rinse pumpkin, cut into thick pieces, mix with seasonings, arrange into steamed baskets. | 3. | Mix marinated spareribs with 5 tbsp ground rice and arrange on top of the pumpkin. |
4. | Place the steaming baskets in a wok, cover & steam for 1/2 hours until meat is tender, serve. |
