Ingredients
 
1 bowl cooked red grain rice150g shelled shrimp
some cabbage1/2 cup shredded black mushroom
 

Seasoning
 
1 tbsp oyster sauce1/2 cup stock
1 tsp corn starch1 tsp sesame oil
 

Marinade
 
1 tsp chicken powder1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp sesame oilsome pepper
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse the shrimp and absorb the water. Then, marinate. Poach in water and set aside.
2.Cut the hard part of the cabbage. Poach in water. Poach the black mushroom. Drain and remove.
3.Place 1 tbsp red rice, some shrimps and black mushroom on top of the cabbage. Then, roll. Repeat the procedure. Then, place all the cabbage rolls onto the plate and steam for 5 minutes.
4.Cook the seasonings and thicken it with corn starch. Pour the sauce onto the cabbage rolls and ready to serve.
