Ingredients
 
5pcs figs2 pcs honey date
2 pcs apple1 pc papaya
600g pork loin3 slices of ginger

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse the pork loin and poach. Then, rinse and drain.
2.Remove the skin and seeds of the papaya and chop into pieces. Remove the stem of the apple and chop into pieces. Cut the figs. Rinse the honey dates. Set aside.
3.Put all ingredients into the pot and add appropriate amount of water. Boil in high heat until boil. Then, turn to medium heat and boil for 2 hours. Season with salt and ready to serve.
