Ingredients

3 pcs pork chop | 2 slices pineapple | 1/4 pc onion | 1 pc garlic |

Seasoning

1/4 cup pineapple juice | 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce | 2 tbsp tomato ketchup | 1/2 tsp salt | 1 tsp cornstarch | |

Marinade
|
|
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce | 2 tsp light soy sauce | 1/2 tsp sugar | 1/2 tsp cornstarch |

Cooking Method

1. | Slightly pound the pork chop until tender. Chop the pork chop into small pieces and mix with the Marinade for 10 minutes; Slice garlic, pineapple and onion into small pieces. | 2. | Heat up 3 tbsp of oil and fry the pork chop until golden brown. Set aside. | 3. | Leave 1 tbsp of oil and stir fry the garlic, onion and pineapple. Add in the seasonings and cook until boiled. Return the pork chop and stir fry evenly. Then serve. |
