Ingredients
 
3 pcs pork chop2 slices pineapple
1/4 pc onion1 pc garlic
 

Seasoning
 
1/4 cup pineapple juice1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch 
 

Marinade
 
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar1/2 tsp cornstarch
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Slightly pound the pork chop until tender. Chop the pork chop into small pieces and mix with the Marinade for 10 minutes; Slice garlic, pineapple and onion into small pieces.
2.Heat up 3 tbsp of oil and fry the pork chop until golden brown. Set aside.
3.Leave 1 tbsp of oil and stir fry the garlic, onion and pineapple. Add in the seasonings and cook until boiled. Return the pork chop and stir fry evenly. Then serve.
