350 grams Squid | 1 pc yellow bellpepper | 25 grams carrots | 25 grams celery |

Seasoning

Sauce Ingredients | 1 1/2 tbsp portugese sauce | 75 ml coconut milk | 4 tbsp curry powder | Some cornstarch Water | |

Marinade

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse bellpepper, carrots and celery, slice all into stripes, stir-fry with some oil, add in some salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. | 2. | Remove the outher membranes from squid, rinse and wipe dry. Stuff the vegetables into squid, and secure the ends with toothpicks. Wrap all other ingredients with same steps | 3. | Heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry the squid until turns golden brown and cooked, add in sauce ingredients and cook until sauce thickens, Serve |
