Ingredients
 
350 grams Squid 1 pc yellow bellpepper
25 grams carrots 25 grams celery
 

Seasoning
 
Sauce Ingredients 1 1/2 tbsp portugese sauce
75 ml coconut milk 4 tbsp curry powder
Some cornstarch Water 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse bellpepper, carrots and celery, slice all into stripes, stir-fry with some oil, add in some salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
2.Remove the outher membranes from squid, rinse and wipe dry. Stuff the vegetables into squid, and secure the ends with toothpicks. Wrap all other ingredients with same steps
3.Heat 2 tbsp of oil and fry the squid until turns golden brown and cooked, add in sauce ingredients and cook until sauce thickens, Serve
