Ingredients
 
450 g prawns 1/2 pc of pineapple
1/2 cups of coconut milk 1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced shallot1 stalk of lemon grass
1 tbsp curry powder 1 pc red chili
 

Seasoning
 
2 tbsp fish sauce 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cut off legs of prawns and rinse, drain.
2.Peel off pineapple, removes meat and diced, minced red chili and lemon grass
3.Sprinkle prawns with some cornstarch and fry in 1 tbsp oil until 80% cooked.
4.Heat 1 tbsp oil, sauté garlic, shallot, red chili, lemon grass and add in curry powder, stir, pour in coconut milk and let it cook for 2 minutes, add in pineapple meat, prawns and seasonings, stir-fry and serve.
