1. | Minced Yam Bean and carrots; soak fungus until soft; minced parsley; cut rice paper into 15cm X 15cm. |
2. | Cook minced pork with 1 tbsp oil, add in yam bean, carrots and fungus, stir-fry for 2 minutes, add in seasonings and parsley, stir-fry until cook and let it cool. | 3. | Wrap stuffing with rice paper into square, put on steam plate and steam for 4 minutes. |
4. | Use sesame oil to sautee spring onions and add in fish sauce, pour on top of steamed rolls. Can be served with fish sauce. |
