1. | Cut Mui Choy into diced; Slice Loin into think slices, add in marinade for 15 minutes. |
2. | Heat Wok, Stir-fry Mui Choy and Seasonings, remove from heat and set aside. | 3. | Heat 1 tbsp of oil, add in bean curd, minced garlic and chou xiao sauce, cook for 2 minutes and add in pork loin slices cook for another 3 minutes or until the meat have absorb the sauce. |
4. | Put pork loin into plate, top it with diced mui choy, steam in high heat for 1/2 hour. Serve |
