Ingredients
 
1 Catty Pork Loin 250 gr Mui Choy (Preserved Vegetable)
1/2 Cube Preserved Bean Curd 1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Chou Xiao Sauce 
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Wine 
 

Marinade
 
1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Wine 1 tsp Soy Sauce
Some Sesame Oil Some Pepper
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cut Mui Choy into diced; Slice Loin into think slices, add in marinade for 15 minutes.
2.Heat Wok, Stir-fry Mui Choy and Seasonings, remove from heat and set aside.
3.Heat 1 tbsp of oil, add in bean curd, minced garlic and chou xiao sauce, cook for 2 minutes and add in pork loin slices cook for another 3 minutes or until the meat have absorb the sauce.
4.Put pork loin into plate, top it with diced mui choy, steam in high heat for 1/2 hour. Serve
