1. | Rinse Spare Ribs, drain, cut into small pieces, add in marinade, set aside |
2. | Remove seeds of bellpeppers, cut into slices, cook in oil for ahwile then drain. | 3. | Dip Spare Ribs into Egg mixture and flour, deep fry until spare ribs are cooked, drain excess oil and set aside |
4. | Heat some oil and saute minced shallot and ginger, add in carrot slices and seasonings, add some cornstarch water to thicken sauce, add in cooked spareribs and bellpeppers, mix well and serve. |
