Ingredients
 
320 grams Spare Ribs 4 tbsp Flour
1/4 tsp Minced Ginger 1 tsp Minced Shallot
1 Beaten Egg 1/2 pc Green Bellpepper
1/2 pc Red Bellpepper Some Carrot Slices
 

Seasoning
 
1/4 cups of water 1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp Xiang Gong Vinegar
Some Sesame Oil Some Pepper
 

Marinade
 
2 tsp Wine 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Some Pepper 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse Spare Ribs, drain, cut into small pieces, add in marinade, set aside
2.Remove seeds of bellpeppers, cut into slices, cook in oil for ahwile then drain.
3.Dip Spare Ribs into Egg mixture and flour, deep fry until spare ribs are cooked, drain excess oil and set aside
4.Heat some oil and saute minced shallot and ginger, add in carrot slices and seasonings, add some cornstarch water to thicken sauce, add in cooked spareribs and bellpeppers, mix well and serve.
