Ingredients
 
1 pc of Lotus Leaf 1/2 pcs of Chicken
3 pcs black mushroom Some Peking spring Onion
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp oyster sauce
Some Pepper Some Sesame Oil
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Clean and cut Chicken into pieces, Shred black mushrooms, marinade slightly with 1/2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp oil.
2.Mix chicken, mushrooms and marinade and leave for 1 hour
3.Rinse Lotus Leaf, spread over steamer, put all ingredients on top of lotus leave. Steam for 15 minutes and Serve.
