Steamed Chicken in Lotus Leave |

1 pc of Lotus Leaf | 1/2 pcs of Chicken | 3 pcs black mushroom | Some Peking spring Onion |

Seasoning
|

Marinade
|
|
1 tsp Salt | 1/2 tsp Sugar | 1 tsp cornstarch | 1 tsp oyster sauce | Some Pepper | Some Sesame Oil |

Cooking Method

1. | Clean and cut Chicken into pieces, Shred black mushrooms, marinade slightly with 1/2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp oil. | 2. | Mix chicken, mushrooms and marinade and leave for 1 hour | 3. | Rinse Lotus Leaf, spread over steamer, put all ingredients on top of lotus leave. Steam for 15 minutes and Serve. |
