200 g beef | 15 g golden thread | 6 g fungus | 1 slice Ginger |

Seasoning
|

Marinade
|
|
2 tsp Oyster Sauce | 1 tbsp cornflour | 1 tsp soy sauce | 1 tsp sesame oil | 1/3 cup of water | |

Cooking Method

1. | Slice beef into thin slices, mix with marinade for 10 minutes; soak golden thread and fungus; shred ginger | 2. | Heat 2 cups of water in Microwave container, add golden thread and fungus to soak for another 2 minutes, drain | 3. | Mix all ingredients in a Microwave Container, cover with Microwave cling film, Use steam function to steam for 4 minutes. Serve |
