320 g Chicken wings | 1 pc red pepper | 1/2 pc of onion | 3 tbsp satay sauce | Some oil | |

Seasoning

Marinade

1/2 tsp sugar | 1 tsp fish sauce | 2 tsp soy sauce | 1/2 tsp pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse Chicken Wing and drain, marinade for 20 minutes, fry with some oil until cook, set aside ; slice red pepper and onions into small pieces. | 2. | Sautee onions and red pepper in some oil, add in chicken wings, add in satay sauce, stir fry and serve. |
