6 tbsp Lea and Perrins worcestershire sauce | 2 tsp sugar | 2 tsp salt | |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse Beef, drain and cut into thin slices, marinade for 20 minutes | 2. | Rinse all peppers and onion, cut into small pieces | 3. | Sautee garlic and onion in 1 tbsp oil, add in beef slices, cook until 60 % done, add in peppers stir-fry until soft, add in worcestershire sauce to season, done. |
