Ingredients
 
150g Pork Neck Meat 2 bowls of cooked rice
1 tsp of garlic 
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp of sugar
Some salt Some oil
Some cornstarch water 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Marinade Pork Neck Meat for 15 minutes
2.Saute garlic in some olive oil, add in Pork neck meat until almost cooked, add in rice and a little bit of fish sauce to season, stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes and serve.
