150g Pork Neck Meat | 2 bowls of cooked rice | 1 tsp of garlic | |

Marinade

1 tbsp soy sauce | 1 tsp of sugar | Some salt | Some oil | Some cornstarch water | |

Cooking Method

1. | Marinade Pork Neck Meat for 15 minutes | 2. | Saute garlic in some olive oil, add in Pork neck meat until almost cooked, add in rice and a little bit of fish sauce to season, stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes and serve. |
