Pan-fried Ribs with XO Chilli Sauce |

600g short beef rib | 1pc shredded onion | 1tsp chopped garlic | 1/2 tsp chopped ginger | 1tbsp diced red chilli | |

Seasoning
|

Marinade
|
|
1tbsp soy sauce | 1tbsp wine | 1/3 tsp sugar | 1tbsp corn starch | 1tbsp water | some pepper |

Cooking Method

|
1. | Rinse and chop the short rib. Then, marinate it with marinade for 1 hour. | 2. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to pan-fry the short rib until 80% done. | 3. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to sautee onion, garlic, ginger, chilli and XO chilli sauce. Then, put back the short rib. and ready to serve. |
