1. | Rinse ox-tail and cut into sections |
2. | Stir Fry the ox-tail, carrot, onion, celery, leek, garlic, shallot to 10 minutes | 3. | Add in tomato paste to fried until golden brown. Add the red wine and bay leaf mix evenly and cook 3 hours, add in seasonings to taste |
4. | Put the ox-tail in to the plate and add the tomato sauce and red wine sauce. Serve |
