Ingredients
 
600g ox-tail 25ml red wine
100g carrot 100g onion
100g celery 50g leek
100g tomato paste 10g bay leave
3 pc garlic 3 pc shallot
Some salt Some pepper

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse ox-tail and cut into sections
2.Stir Fry the ox-tail, carrot, onion, celery, leek, garlic, shallot to 10 minutes
3.Add in tomato paste to fried until golden brown. Add the red wine and bay leaf mix evenly and cook 3 hours, add in seasonings to taste
4.Put the ox-tail in to the plate and add the tomato sauce and red wine sauce. Serve
