Pan Fried Beef with Onions |

500g beef tenderloin | 1 piece chopped onion | 5 pieces sliced garlic | 1/2 cup chopped tomato | 1 tbsp tomato paste | 1/3 cup beef stock |

Seasoning

Marinade
|
|
1 tbsp red wine | 1 tbsp maggie sauce | 1 tbsp cornstarch | Some pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse and absorb the water of the beef tenderloin and chopped | 2. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to pan-fry the beef until golden brown. Remove and set aside | 3. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to sautee garlic, tomato and onion. Then, add tomato paste. Put back the beef and add in beef stock and cook until the sauce thickens. Ready to serve |
