Mixed spices, secukupnya 1 sdt kari bubuk
1 1/2 sdm tepung 1 sdt shaoxing wine
garam secukupnya lada secukupnya

Cara Memasak
 
1.Cuci katak dan tiriskan. Masukkan bumbu-bumbu dan biarkan meresap selama 15 menit.
2.Goreng katak dengan letakkan diatas piring sajikan.
