Coconut Chicken
Ingredients
250 g chicken fillets
60 g sliced onion
5 slices ginger
4 sliced garlics
3 diced red chilies
1 tbsp diced fresh lemongrass
Seasoning
180 ml coconut cream
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
Marinade
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
Cooking Method
1.
Marinate the chicken fillets for an hour.
2.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil to fry the onions, gingers, garlic, chillies and lemongrass. Add the chicken fillet and have a quick fry.
3.
Add seasonings. Simmer still the sauce reduced. Serve.
