1. | Cut each chicken thigh into three pieces. Marinade for 20 min. |
2. | Mix Parmesan cheese powder, bread crumbs and herbs. | 3. | Cover the chicken pieces with flour, then dip in egg and finally in breadcrumb mixture. |
4. | Heat 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, shallow fry the chicken till golden and fully cooked. Serve. |
