1. | Rinse chicken leg. Mix wine marinade and set aside |
2. | Clean and rinse ginger, cut into thick pieces, remove stem of spring onion. Boil 3 cups of water with ginger and spring onion. Boil it in medium heat for 20 minutes | 3. | Steam chicken leg with ginger and spring onion water for 15 minutes or until chicken leg is cooked. Leave chicken juice |
4. | Cool down chicken leg in iced water for 10 minutes, drain and wipe dry. Put chicken leg in a dish and add in wine marinade and chicken juice , wrap up and put on refrigerator for 6 hours and serve. |
