Ingredients
 
2 pc of chicken leg 50 g of ginger
1 stalk of spring onion 
 

Seasoning
 
1/2 cups of shao xing wine 3 glass of hot water
1 tbsp salt 1 tsp sugar
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse chicken leg. Mix wine marinade and set aside
2.Clean and rinse ginger, cut into thick pieces, remove stem of spring onion. Boil 3 cups of water with ginger and spring onion. Boil it in medium heat for 20 minutes
3.Steam chicken leg with ginger and spring onion water for 15 minutes or until chicken leg is cooked. Leave chicken juice
4.Cool down chicken leg in iced water for 10 minutes, drain and wipe dry. Put chicken leg in a dish and add in wine marinade and chicken juice , wrap up and put on refrigerator for 6 hours and serve.
