1/2pc steamed chicken | 1tsp sautéed sesame | 1tbsp chopped perennial chilli | 1tbsp Sichuan peppercorns |

2tbsp Sichuan hot and spicy sauce | 2tbsp steamed fish soy sauce | 1tsp sesame oil | 1tsp red chili oil |

Cooking Method

1. | Chop the steamed chicken and place on the bottom of the dish. | 2. | Mix the seasonings and pour onto the top of the chicken. Then, sprinkle with sesame, perennial chili and Sichuan peppercorns. Ready to serve |
