1. | Soak the white fungus in water. Rinse and remove the stem. Tear into pieces. | 2. | Peel the skin of papaya and remove the seeds. Rinse and chop into pieces. | 3. | Boil some water. Then, add in all ingredients and cook until the papaya soften and the rock sugar melt. Ready to serve. |
