Ingredients
 
480g tenderloin pork6 pcs of black mushroom
480g Lettuce Some minced ginger
Some ginger slices1.25 Liter stock
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Corn Starch
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Soak mushrooms until soft, diced 2 of the mushrooms and slice the remaining 4 ; mince the tenderloin pork. Then, add in with minced ginger and seasonings. Add in chopped black mushroom. Make the minced pork into pork balls. Poach in water until done.
2.Place the washed lettuce into the clay pot. Then, add in ginger slices, fresh black mushroom and meat balls. Pour in stock and boil until done. Season with salt to taste.
