Fried Lamb Fillet in Herbs |

Ingredients

230 g lamb fillet | 1 pc lemon grass | 1 pc celery | 1 tsp chopped garlic | 40 g Onions | |

Seasoning

1 tsp cumin powder | 1 tsp chicken powder | 1/3 tsp salt | 1/3 tsp sugar | 1/3 tsp of belacan sauce | 1 tbsp rice wine |

Marinade

Cooking Method

1. | Chop the lamb fillet into pieces. Then, marinate it with cumin, salt, sugar and chicken powder. | 2. | Sautee the garlic with olive oil. Then, add in the lamb and cook until 60 % done. | 3. | Sautee the lemon grass, onion, celery with belacan sauce. Put back the lamb and fry until 80% done. Pour in rice wine and ready to serve. |
