Sauce Ingredient | 3 tbsp of Japanese BBQ Sauce | 1 tbsp of sugar | 150ml stock | 1 tbsp mirin | |

Cooking Method

1. | Peel turnip, rinse and chop into pieces. Poach in water and remove. | 2. | Marinade pork with dash or salt and pepper | 3. | Heat oil, pan fry chikuwa and add in Turnip,Pork and Sauce Ingredient. Cook until done. |
