Ingredients

230g pork tenderloin | 40g green bell pepper | 40g red bellpepper | 40g chopped onion | 1 pc celery | 1 tbsp garlic slices |

Seasoning

1 tbsp Belacan Paste | 1 tsp chicken powder | 1/3 tsp salt | 1/3 tsp sugar | 1 tbsp rice wine | |

Marinade

Cooking Method

1. | Cut the pork tenderloin into cubes and marinate it with sugar, salt and chicken powder. Dilute Belacan paste with hot water and set aside. | 2. | Saute garlic slices with oil, Then, add in the pork and cook until 70 % done. | 3. | Sautee all the bellpeppers, onion with belacan paste. Then, add in pork. Pour in some rice wine and place the pork onto the dish. Ready to serve. |
