Ingredients
 
300g pork’s neck meat 1pc shredded onion
1pc shredded red chili 1/2 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic 1 tbsp satay sauce
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
1tsp soy sauce 1/3tsp sugar
1tsp sesame oil 1tsp corn starch
1tbsp water some pepper
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse the pork’s neck meat and slice. Marinate and set aside. .
2.Heat 1 tbsp oil to fry the pork’s neck meat until 80% done.
3.Heat 1 tbsp oil to sautee other ingredients and add satay sauce. Put back the meat, stir well and serve.
