300g pork’s neck meat | 1pc shredded onion | 1pc shredded red chili | 1/2 tsp minced ginger | 1/2 tsp minced garlic | 1 tbsp satay sauce |

Seasoning

Marinade
|
|
1tsp soy sauce | 1/3tsp sugar | 1tsp sesame oil | 1tsp corn starch | 1tbsp water | some pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse the pork’s neck meat and slice. Marinate and set aside. . | 2. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to fry the pork’s neck meat until 80% done. | 3. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to sautee other ingredients and add satay sauce. Put back the meat, stir well and serve. |
