500 g dried noodles | 4 pcs shrimp | 2 pcs mini mussel | 2 pcs octopus | 1 pc beaten egg | |

Seasoning

1 tbsp sambal spicy sauce | 1 tbsp dark soy sauce | 1 tsp chicken powder | 1/3 tsp salt | 1/3 tsp sugar | |

Marinade

Cooking Method

1. | Poach the shrimp, mussel and octopus until done. Set aside. | 2. | Heat the wok and fry the egg. Then, add in oil noodles and seasonings. Then, put back the seafood stir-fry. Place on dish and serve. |
