Ingredients
 
1 bowl of cooked rice 1 pack of Nameko Mushroom
1 piece of egg 2 cups of stock
 

Seasoning
 
1/3 tbsp of salt 1 tbsp of wine
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse rice with water, drain and remove
2.Rinse mushroom, drain. Set Aside.
3.Cover mushroom, rice and stock and heat in microwave for 5 minutes.
4.Add in seasonings then cover, Heat for another minute. Remove to add in beaten egg and again heat for 1 minute. Take out and serve hot.
