Congee with Nameko Mushroom |

Ingredients

1 bowl of cooked rice | 1 pack of Nameko Mushroom | 1 piece of egg | 2 cups of stock |

Seasoning
|

1/3 tbsp of salt | 1 tbsp of wine |

Cooking Method
|

1. | Rinse rice with water, drain and remove | 2. | Rinse mushroom, drain. Set Aside. | 3. | Cover mushroom, rice and stock and heat in microwave for 5 minutes. | 4. | Add in seasonings then cover, Heat for another minute. Remove to add in beaten egg and again heat for 1 minute. Take out and serve hot. |
