1. | Wash and rinse dried shrimps, cover with warm water for 30 minutes |
2. | Finely sliced shallots and shred onion and green onion. Stir well the seasoning. Cooked noodles in boiling water until soft. | 3. | Use a large bowl, put in shallots, shredded onion and green onion, plus 4 tbsp of peanut oil . Heat in microwave for 2 minutes. |
4. | Mixed with dried shrimps, heat for another one minute. Finally mixed the seasonings and again heat for 1 minute. | 5. | To serve, put noodles in a large bowl, pour the seasonings on top. Serve Hot. |
