Ingredients
 
450 g shredded konjac 2 tbsp crab roe
 

Seasoning
 
Salad Sauce:3 tbsp lemon juice
some icing sugarsome wasabi
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cook konjac with water and some vinegar for 3 minutes. Drain and remove.
2.Mix the salad sauce. Then, add in konjac and crab roe. Place on the dish and ready to serve.
