450 g shredded konjac | 2 tbsp crab roe |

Seasoning

Salad Sauce: | 3 tbsp lemon juice | some icing sugar | some wasabi |

Marinade

Cooking Method
|

1. | Cook konjac with water and some vinegar for 3 minutes. Drain and remove. | 2. | Mix the salad sauce. Then, add in konjac and crab roe. Place on the dish and ready to serve. |
