1. | Wash and rinse the scallops; finely slice the shallot; mix well the seasonings. |
2. | Put scallops in boiling water until cooked. Set aside | 3. | In a large bowl, mix well the shallot & 1 tbsp of peanut oil. Heat on medium heat for 1 minute. Pour in the seasoning then heat on high power for 1 to 2 minutes or until boiling. |
