Ingredients
 
15 scallops 1pc shallot
 

Seasoning
 
4 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp Chinkiang vinegar 2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup water
a dash of sesame oil 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Wash and rinse the scallops; finely slice the shallot; mix well the seasonings.
2.Put scallops in boiling water until cooked. Set aside
3.In a large bowl, mix well the shallot & 1 tbsp of peanut oil. Heat on medium heat for 1 minute. Pour in the seasoning then heat on high power for 1 to 2 minutes or until boiling.
4.Add the scallops & mix well. Heat on medium for 5 to 6 minutes and serve.
