Ingredients
 
2 pieces green crab 3 pieces egg white
1/4 cup stock Some shredded spring onion
Some shredded ginger 
 

Seasoning
 
1/4 tsp sale Some Shaoxing wine
Dash of pepper 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cut the crab into halves and rinse. Then, deep-fry until golden brown and set aside.
2.Heat the oil to sauté the spring onion, ginger, and stock. Then, place back the crab. Beat the egg white until firm. Then, add in the egg white and seasonings. Ready to serve.
