Cooking Method

| 1. | Remove crab meat and fat, sauté with chopped ginger and set aside. | 2. | Poach the scallop and shrimp in hot water. | | 3. | Heat the wok with oil. Then, pour in egg white and fry until condensed. Then, add in scallop, shrimp and seasonings. Place it onto the plate. Sprinkle with crab meat and ready to serve. |
