1. | Slice potatoes into slices, put on a flat working bard. |
2. | Rinse and place on codfish on top of slices, pour in tomato sauce and season with dash of salt and pepper. | 3. | Roll up potato slices with codfish in the middle. |
4. | Heat olive oil and pan-fry cod fish till golden brown. | 5. | Cooked in oven for 5 minutes or until cod fish cooked. |
