Ingredients
 
50g Crab Meat 50g Bamboo Fungus
15g Carrot 15g Celery
Some Egg White Some Water
 

Seasoning
 
1 tbsp Chicken Stock Some Salt
Some Sugar Cornstarch water
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Blanch Crab Meat in (70oC) hot water. Soak bamboo fungus in cold water until soften and cut into pieces. Diced carrots and celery.
2.Boil Water, add in bamboo fungus, crab meat, carrot and chicken stock, add in salt and sugar to taste.
3.Mix in cornstarch to thicken sauce. Pour in egg white and celery, stir well and serve.
