50g Crab Meat | 50g Bamboo Fungus | 15g Carrot | 15g Celery | Some Egg White | Some Water |

Seasoning
|
|
1 tbsp Chicken Stock | Some Salt | Some Sugar | Cornstarch water |

|

Marinade

Cooking Method

1. | Blanch Crab Meat in (70oC) hot water. Soak bamboo fungus in cold water until soften and cut into pieces. Diced carrots and celery. | 2. | Boil Water, add in bamboo fungus, crab meat, carrot and chicken stock, add in salt and sugar to taste. | 3. | Mix in cornstarch to thicken sauce. Pour in egg white and celery, stir well and serve. |
