1/2 Catty of Garoupa | 200g of Instant Aloe | 2 pcs of Orange | |

Seasoning
|

Marinade
|

1/2 tsp of Salt | A Pinch of Pepper |

Cooking Method

|
1. | Remove skin from garoupa, cut fish meat, marinade with salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Peel Orange and slice in pieces. Pour out sweetened water from instant aloe and leave 1/2 for use. | 2. | Heat 1/2 tsp of oil, fry garoupa fillet until cooked, add in sweetened water and bring it to boil. Finally add in Aloe and Orange, stir well. Serve. |
