Ingredients
 
1/2 Catty of Garoupa 200g of Instant Aloe
2 pcs of Orange 
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
1/2 tsp of Salt A Pinch of Pepper
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Remove skin from garoupa, cut fish meat, marinade with salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Peel Orange and slice in pieces. Pour out sweetened water from instant aloe and leave 1/2 for use.
2.Heat 1/2 tsp of oil, fry garoupa fillet until cooked, add in sweetened water and bring it to boil. Finally add in Aloe and Orange, stir well. Serve.
