Sole Fillet with Assorted Vegetable |

Ingredients

2pc sole | 50 g baby corn | 50 g pea | 50 g carrot | 8 pcs mushroom | 8 pcs red bell pepper | 1/2 tsp chopped ginger | 1/2 tsp chopped garlic |

Seasoning
|

Marinade
|
|
1tsp chicken powder | 1tbsp corn starch | 1tbsp egg white | pinch of pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse the sole fillet and cut into pieces, marinate. Fry until cooked and set aside. | 2. | Poach assorted vegetable and mushroom. Drain and remove. | 3. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to sautee ginger and garlic. Then, add in fish and vegetable. Add a pinch of salt. Ready to serve. |
