450 g lobster | 120 g Macaroni | 20 g shitake mushroom | 20 g chopped onion | 20 g chopped tomato | some fava beans | 10 g mascarpone cheese | 750 ml lobster cream sauce | 10 g cheddar cheese | 10 g grated Parmesan cheese | 150 ml cream | |

Cooking Method

1. | Poach the macaroni. Drain and cool down in cold water | 2. | Poach the lobster and remove the meat. Keep the lobster sauce and mix with cream . | 3. | Sautee the onion, mushroom, tomato, lobster, fava bean with olive oil, then, add in macaroni and sauce, some salt and mascarpone cheese and cook for 1 minute. Place onto the dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese and bake at 220 degrees until golden brown. |
