1 tbsp sugar | 1 tbsp wine | 1 tbsp sesame oil | 1 tsp minced garlic | 1 tsp garlic sauce | 1 tbsp soy sauce | 1/2 tsp chili powder | 1/2 tsp black pepper | 2 tbsp korean spicy paste | |

1. | Rinse Onion and Carrot, slice, cut spring onion | 2. | Mix all seasonings | 3. | Cut Pork meat into small slices, mix well with other ingredients and seasonings, marinade for 30 minutes. | 4. | Heat some oil, stir-fry all ingredients until cooked in medium heat. Serve |
