15pcs of Cuttlefish | 1pc shallot |

4 tbsp tomato ketchup | 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce | 1tbsp Chinkiang vinegar | 2 tbsp sugar | 1/2 tsp salt | 1/2 cup water | a dash of sesame oil | |

Marinade

Cooking Method

1. | Wash and rinse cuttlefish; finely slice the shallot; mix well the seasonings. | 2. | Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil to sauté shallots, add in cuttlefish and seasonings and cook for 2 minutes and serve. |
