Ingredients
 
100 g clam 200 g linguine
3 tbsp vegetable oil 
 

Seasoning
 
1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup chopped Italian parsley
6 pcs chopped garlic 1/2 tsp ground pepper
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Soak the clam in water for 3 hours, then rinse. Poach the linguine in salt water. Drain and remove.
2.Heat the vegetable oil and fry the clam. Cover and cook for 3 minutes until clams are open.
3.Then, add in seasonings and cook with cover for another 4 minutes. To serve with linguine.
