Linguine with Italian Clams |

100 g clam | 200 g linguine | 3 tbsp vegetable oil | |

Seasoning
|

1/2 cup olive oil | 1/3 cup chopped Italian parsley | 6 pcs chopped garlic | 1/2 tsp ground pepper |

Marinade

Cooking Method

1. | Soak the clam in water for 3 hours, then rinse. Poach the linguine in salt water. Drain and remove. | 2. | Heat the vegetable oil and fry the clam. Cover and cook for 3 minutes until clams are open. | 3. | Then, add in seasonings and cook with cover for another 4 minutes. To serve with linguine. |
