600g Prawn | 1pc Garlic | 2pcs Red chili | 1/2pc Egg yolk |

Seasoning
|

2 tbsp Salad dressing | 2 tsp tomato paste | 1 tsp Condensed milk | |

Marinade
|

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse prawns, remove shells and intestines, leave tails. Coat prawns with egg yolk. Set aside. | 2. | Peel garlic and mash. Diced chili. Heat wok with 1 tsp of oil. Add in garlic mash and red chili, add in prawns and fry until golden brown, mixed in seasonings and fry evenly. |
