Ingredients
 
600g Prawn 1pc Garlic
2pcs Red chili 1/2pc Egg yolk
 

Seasoning
 
2 tbsp Salad dressing 2 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp Condensed milk 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse prawns, remove shells and intestines, leave tails. Coat prawns with egg yolk. Set aside.
2.Peel garlic and mash. Diced chili. Heat wok with 1 tsp of oil. Add in garlic mash and red chili, add in prawns and fry until golden brown, mixed in seasonings and fry evenly.
