Ingredients
 
500 grams pork ribs 1 tsp minced shallot
1 tsp minced garlic 1 pc onion
1/2 cups of red wine 2 tbsp orange jam
 

Seasoning
 
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce 3/4 tsp salt
Some pepper 
 

Marinade
 
1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp soy sauce
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Shred onions; mix pork ribs with marinade, fry in pan and set aside.
2.Saute shallot, garlic in 1 tsp oil, add in ribs, red wine, onion and 1 glass of water and cook for 40 minutes, add in seasonings, orange jam and cook for another 10 minutes.
3.Remove the ribs from heat and put on plate, cook the sauce until thickens and pour on top of ribs to serve.
