1. | Shred onions; mix pork ribs with marinade, fry in pan and set aside. |
2. | Saute shallot, garlic in 1 tsp oil, add in ribs, red wine, onion and 1 glass of water and cook for 40 minutes, add in seasonings, orange jam and cook for another 10 minutes. | 3. | Remove the ribs from heat and put on plate, cook the sauce until thickens and pour on top of ribs to serve. |
